ORDERING 
Orders are processed and shipped the next business day. Following payment, you will receive an email confirmation, and an email will be sent when your item has shipped. If you do not receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order, check your junk or spam folder.
You are responsible for providing us with the correct billing and shipping information. If an order has been shipped to an inaccurate address that you provided us, we cannot be held responsible.

SHIPPING
And so it goes ships anywhere in North America. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and will depend on the total package weight, item volume, quantity, and your shipping location.
For international shipping, please contact info@andsoitgoes.us. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes where applicable. Be sure that you are willing to pay any duties and taxes levied against your items before you purchase.
And so it goes is not liable for contents lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. 

RETURNS
We accept returns within 10 days of receipt. 
If you need to make a return, please email us via our contact page to receive a Return Authorization number. You must have a Return Authorization number to return your item. We will respond within 24 hours so that you can make your return within the required time period. Be sure to write your RA on your receipt and place in your return package. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
And so it goes is not responsible for shipping damages or loss that occur on return shipping, so you must purchase insurance. We will not refund you if an item is damaged or lost during shipping.
All items must be in pristine, unworn condition, with all tags attached to be eligible for refund or exchange.
